The join between services is the work
Django Health Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary company registered in Victoria and operating from Bendigo. We plan health and wellbeing programmes, coordinate the providers who deliver them, and report back on what changed.
Across central Victoria and the Loddon Mallee region, the usual problem is not the absence of a service. It is that a participant needs four of them, in a particular order, from organisations that do not share a calendar, a referral form or a record system. Left alone, the programme quietly stalls between appointments.
We take ownership of that space. One organisation holds the schedule, the referrals, the consents and the follow-up, and one person answers when something changes.

These are not aspirations. They are the terms we set out in writing before a programme begins.
Scope before spend
Nothing starts without a written scope, a fee and a shared understanding of what is excluded. Surprise line items are a failure of planning, not a fact of the work.
Measures agreed first
We agree how the programme will be judged before it runs, so the closing report answers the question you actually had at the start.
Plain language
Reports are written to be read by a board, a funder or an operations manager, without a glossary and without inflation.

We coordinate and manage
Programme design, provider coordination, scheduling, record-keeping, participation tracking and reporting are our work, and we are accountable for them.

We do not provide clinical treatment
Clinical care, diagnosis and treatment are delivered by registered practitioners and services, each working inside their own scope of practice and their own professional obligations.

We do not replace your duty of care
An employer or provider keeps its own legal obligations to its people. Our role is to make meeting them practical, not to assume them.
